Kim Kardashian West learned in the tabloids on Wednesday that she was already planning for baby number four! LOLz!
As we told you yesterday, several reports were claiming the 37-year-old reality star and Kanye West asked the same gestational carrier who birthed Chicago West to potentially carry another infant!
