While both the buyer and the price are confidential, ownership was transferred in the past 48 hours with an asking price of approximately $5 million.
The deal couldn’t have been made at a better time either. With baby Kimye due in July, Kimmy and Kanye West have just the right amount of time to finish nesting in their new $11 million Bel-Air mansion!
But the Tuscan-style house from Kim’s brief single days lounging by the pool will never be forgotten!
