Poor Kim Kardashian West!
We’re thrilled that momma-of-two and her baby boy are doing well now that she and Kanye West have welcomed North West‘s brother into the world.

But, it turns out that the 35-year-old didn’t feel too great right away.
Sources say the reality star’s labor was long AND painful, because she was suffering from placenta accreta, which is caused when the placenta grows too deep inside the uterus.
Insiders explain that the condition caused the doctors to take longer than usual so they could address the issue. However — even with the placenta complications — the brunette beauty was still able to have a natural childbirth, just like she wanted!
We feel bad that labor was so painful for Kim, but the most important thing is that she and her son are both happy and healthy!
