Kanye West might regret dropping that North West and Diddy track because now Kim Kardashian is thinking about fighting to strip his custody rights away!
Over the weekend, the exes were at odds with each other as Kim tried to stop the release of Ye’s new song Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine featuring his 11-year-old daughter, the currently incarcerated accused rapist Sean Combs, his son King Combs, and Jasmine Williams. Yeah, you can see why Kim wanted her daughter to have no part in that!

Unfortunately, despite reaching an agreement that the track wouldn’t be released with North’s verse on it, the Yeezy designer went ahead and dropped it anyway. Terrible!

Because of this, the entrepreneur is reportedly considering fighting for full legal custody of her four children with the rapper, including kids Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
According to TMZ on Monday, Kim and Kanye currently have equal say in making decisions about their children’s lives. When they disagree, per sources with direct knowledge of the divorce settlement, they are supposed to seek out a private judge and try to come to an agreement. That’s what Kim did in this situation by having a mediation with her lawyer Laura Wasser and Ye’s attorney Patrick DeCarolis on Friday. And it worked… at first. They came to an agreement — that North would NOT be on the song if it was ever released.
But obviously, the musician didn’t bother to stand by the agreement. Now, it might cost him! She’s currently thinking of trying for full legal custody so he wouldn’t need to be involved in decision-making, something he is not involved with much anyway. Since he’s made it clear he doesn’t care about following the rules, she’s seriously contemplating asking a judge to make this change so he really won’t have any say! Wow!
But why not fight for full physical custody, too? Well, as is, the Grammy winner reportedly rarely sees his kids anyway. Plus, despite how complicated and controversial he can be, The Kardashians star still wants her babies to have a relationship with their dad. She almost always goes out of her way to make sure visits happen — except when Kanye held an event where he asked participants to wear swastika shirts, something she didn’t think was appropriate for the little ones, the sources noted. Can’t argue with that.
But for the most part, physical custody hasn’t been a big issue, so she’s not fighting that. Not for now, anyway. Legal custody, however, is on the table.
Seems like she’s just trying to look out for her kids, just what a good momma should do! Frankly, we can understand why she might go this route after her ex-husband completely ignored their agreement — then basically bragged about it online by declaring that men make “the final decision”! We cannot imagine what it’s like co-parenting with him. Oof…
