Kim Kardashian and her totally showing preggo eggo were deposed Tuesday in preparation for her impending divorce trial with NBA baller Kris Humphries, but we’re learning totally new details about what went on behind close doors!
As it turns out, Kim’s lawyer advised her not to answer many of the questions she was asked!
One source close to the situation reveals:
├óΓé¼┼ôThe deposition was long and grueling… Kim was asked what media outlets she talks to, off the record, because Kris believes she has planted negative stories about him in the press. It├óΓé¼Γäós very well known that Kim talks to a tabloid gossip website on almost a daily basis, with no attribution to her. Kim refused to answer that line of questioning, on the instruction of her lawyer. Kim├óΓé¼Γäós refusal to answer could force her to take the witness stand at the divorce trial.”

When her trial begins in may, Kim and Kanye West will be well on their way to knowing the miracle of parenthood — would being cross-examined on the witness stand be too STRESSFUL for a woman with seven months worth of baby in her belly?!
