Calabasas, CA might as well be called Kardashian Town, USA.
Sources have confirmed that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have purchased the home next door to their $20 million estate — to the tune of $2.9 million.

This property — a whopping 1.49 acres — is located in Hidden Hills, a gated community in Calabasas.
The ranch style spread is a “tear down” which means Kimye will be using this space as an add-on to their existing property. Reportedly, they are trying to build a giant park for North, a basketball court, a music studio, a movie theatre, and a spa.
If they were to combine both properties, the couple will own 4.5 acres of Calabasas or, as real estate site Trulia puts it, they’ll have :
“A monopoly on the block.”
Sources close to the family say the reality star and the rapper are undergoing such a huge real estate project because they’re trying to remedy the long distance part of their relationship.
By having a music studio in their house, Kanye won’t have to travel in order to make music.
