On Wednesday, Us Weekly reports multiple sources have confirmed Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are pregnant with a fourth child — a male who will be born via surrogate!
A Kardashian insider explains the little one is due “in very early May.”

The West’s third child, Chicago, was born via surrogate in January 2018, while North and Saint were carried and delivered by KKW.
Now, we want to believe this, but until Kimye themselves confirm, we can only hope!
