Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Threaten $10 Million Lawsuit Against Former Bodyguard For Spilling About Their Diva Behavior!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West threaten to sue their old bodyguard for telling bad stories about them.

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West might not be a united front at home these days, but they are on the same page when it comes to protecting their public image!

The power couple is going after their former bodyguard, Steve Stanulis, who had some unfavorable things to say about the Jesus Is King rapper a few weeks ago while appearing on the Hollywood Raw podcast. Now, Kimye is pulling a Kris Jenner and threatening to shut the guy down with a massive lawsuit if he keeps up this behavior!

In case you missed it, Stanulis opened up about some of the bizarre rules the entertainer had when he worked for him, and how difficult it made his job protecting the Wests. The ex-bodyguard explained one rule Yeezy had about staying “10 paces behind him on a city street” and made it clear he was suspicious that someone from their team had been alerting the papz of their moves in advance. Stanulis went so far as to share that Kanye would get upset if he was “in his shot for a TMZ video or Daily Mail video” instead of thanking him for the safe protection. Additionally, he named the star as the “moodiest” person he’s ever worked for…

Basically, working for the reality TV couple was a hot mess! But, of course, there are two sides to every story and then there’s the truth. Right now, the parents-of-four are working hard to make sure that Stanulis’ tea doesn’t hit the airwaves anymore!

TMZ has learned that Kimye have issued a cease and desist letter to Stanulis over his “false and defamatory” statements and claimed he previously broke their confidentiality agreement, first established back in 2016. This is reportedly the second time he’s breached the legal clause and while they did not specify which statements were false or defamatory, the pair is threatening to sue him for at least $10 million if he speaks out again.

So now that the former NYPD officer has clearly poked the bear, is he ready to go toe-to-toe with this well-connected famous family?!

Well… not quite!

The outlet reached out to Stanulis, who has since shifted careers to work as an actor and director, for a statement where his lawyer, Zack Teperman, insisted his client didn’t do anything wrong. Teperman explained there was “no breach of any confidentiality agreement was done. My client went on a podcast to promote his new film, and old stories that were already out there were brought up.”

“For Kanye and Kim’s counsel to send out a threatening letter to bully my client against his rights is unwarranted. My client has already made it clear that he respects Kanye, their time working together.”

The attorney also suggested their efforts should be focused on more important matters right now than a little tea-spilling:

“If Kanye and Kim wish to continue this further, that is up to them, but I think their time and money would be better suited helping out with more pressing matters in our society than what happened many years ago.”

Well, that’s one way to use some legal muscle and throw a little shade while you’re at it! On the one hand, we can understand why Kimmie, in particular, would be pressed about sensitive info getting out there considering how her safety has been compromised in the past. But then again, it sounds like they’re not exactly the easiest to compromise with either!

Do U think Kimye or Stanulis will let this one go? Got any opinions on all of this?? Sound OFF in the comments section (below)…
