Kim and Khloe Kardashian were clearly channeling each other with their all black workout clothes while leaving separate medical centers in El Lay on Tuesday.
They’re practically leading the same lives!!

Ha! Well, nope, not really, but the sisters’ outfits were almost identical.
After all, Kimmy and Khloe both chose long-sleeved tees and leggings to accentuate their famed curves, and then a pair of Nike sneakers to top it off.
Though Koko seems to have outdone her older sister thanks to the addition of her Hermes bag!
Guess someone had to come out on top!
