For their seventh annual Power Of Women issue, Variety brought out the big guns!
The annual special honors New York women who use their fame, fortune, and force of will to shine a light on causes that need our help.
Kim Kardashian West was honored for her continued support for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She not only donates time to visit patients, she also donates proceeds from her eBay auctions to the nonprofit. It’s a great cause, but she’s not even from New York! LOLz! Oh well!

Meanwhile Lena Dunham recently dove headfirst into the horrors of sex trafficking as she works to support Gems, an organization devoted to helping victims of commercial sexual exploitation.
Whoopi Goldberg is an honorary chair at Figure Skating in Harlem, Rachel Weisz helps kids get into college with Opportunity Network, and Glenn Close founded the nonprofit Bring Change 2 Mind to raise awareness of mental illness.
