Still wondering why Kim Kardashian decided go full NSFW with that PAPER magazine photo shoot last week??
Well, wonder no more because the reality star has decided to answer the question on everyone’s mind!

Although there were mixed reactions to the 34-year-old’s booty (and booby) baring photos, Kanye West‘s wifey revealed she did the shoot purely for herself!

Kimmy appeared on the Australian show The Project on Tuesday to talk about her spread, and also added in a disclaimer for her younger fans!
She said:
“I was so honored and excited to work with [photographer Jean-Paul Goude] because he is a legend, and for me that was something I wanted to do to make myself feel confident. As a role model I’m not saying anyone else should do that, but for me it was an art project and it taught me to do what you want to do.
I’m never one to preach, but I felt really positive and really good about myself. I love the photos, I did it for me, I hope other people like them.”
Everyone is going to have an opinion on Kim’s nude piece, but as long as it made her happy and confident, that’s all that matters!
