After a difficult journey and a long and painful process of IVF, the reality TV star is finally pregnant with her second child!
The big news was revealed in the supertease following Sunday night’s mid-season finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
In the trailer, Kim is seen hearing the exciting news during a doctor visit, before sharing her secret with sister Khloe.
“I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!” Kim tells Khloe, in the footage.
