Kim Kardashian West has confirmed Saint West is on the mend after landing himself in the hospital due to a bad case of pneumonia.

On Tuesday, the momma of two wrote on Twitter about hers and Kanye West‘s little one’s hospitalization, going into some detail about what the two-year-old faced. She wrote:
