Is North West gearing up to be the next big thing on YouTube??
According to the four-year-old’s momma, Kim Kardashian West, the youngster is eager to launch her own channel on YouTube. However, it appears as though poppa Kanye West isn’t too keen on the idea.

Apparently, Nori has been checking out makeup tutorials on the video sharing site and is ready to join in on the fun. Mrs. West explained to Women’s Wear Daily:
“The other day, it was so funny. My daughter watches so many YouTube tutorials and videos. She was unboxing the My Little Pony ColorPop collection, and I thought to myself, ‘I wish I was recording this,’ because her reaction was so funny. And then she did makeup on the My Little Pony that they gave and she said, ‘Mom, I want to do a YouTube video.'”
Sadly, Yeezus is NOT on board with the idea and Kimmie also expressed her concerns about exposing North to the world via social media. She continued:
“I don’t know if it’s something she would really want to do … but it’s always a struggle on how much you want to have exposed or how much access you want them to have to social media.”
Apparently, as a compromise, they’ve allowed North to create some tutorials for her family’s eyes only. In regards to North’s potential social media stardom, Keeks shared:
“In the world we live in today, I don’t think you ask someone young growing up to not be on social media – that’s just cruel. That’s like asking [someone] to not communicate.”
Still, we think the oldest West child should wait a few years before getting online. We mean, there are A LOT of creeps out there.
Regardless, this isn’t the first time Kim has controlled how a family member uses social media. Per Kardashian West, she used to log into Kendall and Kylie Jenner‘s accounts in order to keep tabs on them. She dished:
“I remember when Kendall and Kylie were growing up. We were so freaked out and we always had their passwords and we would always go check their accounts, and I mean, they were really little. I don’t know if they knew we knew.”
Sneaky, sneaky!!
Hopefully Kimye will allow North to be a kid a bit longer, before thrusting the tot into the limelight further. *Sigh*
