Kim Zolciak is making new alarming allegations about Kroy Biermann!
Last month, The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum temporarily lost primary custody of her and her estranged husband’s four kids — KJ, Kash, Kaia, and Kane — after he accused her of neglect amid their nasty divorce. Kroy claimed Kim is an “unstable and unfit” parent, and she is “more selfishly concerned with her own image and her work options” than their children’s well-being. Although the reality star denied the allegations, the judge sided with the former football player for now and ordered her to have limited parenting time with the minors every other weekend.
Now Kim is firing back at Kroy with extremely concerning allegations of her own! In court documents filed by the Bravolebrity and obtained by TMZ on Thursday, she claimed the athlete is physically abusing their children! Not only that, he is allegedly having extremely loud sex when their kids are around! WTF!

According to Kim, Kroy threw one of their sons over the couch during a heated argument. She also accused the former Atlanta Falcons linebacker of sleeping with multiple women in recent months, including one lady who stayed at his residence and vacationed with the children. Kim alleged the kids “have reported on multiple occasions not seeing [Kroy] for hours on end, but hearing him engage in sexual acts with his girlfriend of the moment.”
And when Kim brought up the alleged abuse incident to the court-appointed guardian, they dismissed the claims, saying the kid is sizable for his age. However, as the Don’t Be Tardy alum pointed out, that doesn’t matter. He was still a kid allegedly being attacked by his dad. Kim then claimed two of the other kids expressed their wishes about their living situations, but the guardian called them liars.
Additionally, the 48-year-old television personality alleged the guardian knows about the mental, emotional, and physical abuse by Kroy, but “no professionals have sounded an alarm because the abuse did not ‘leave marks.'” Kim added that she is “constantly contacted” by the children while they are with Kroy, asking for food because they are hungry or medicine because they are sick. Despite all this, the guardian allegedly took Kroy’s side and even recommended he get primary custody, which is what ultimately happened temporarily.
Kim also has a text to back her claims! As TMZ reported, she submitted a message her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, received from Kroy’s ex-girlfriend, named Bri, as evidence about the divorce. In it, the ex accuses the 40-year-old of being “abusive.” The text reads:
“Just tell Kim that she needs to watch her back when it comes to Maria [redacted]. She had sex with Kroy and tells him everything. She basically sends [redacted] to Kim’s house to be a spy. She even told him that [redacted] spent 10K on your credit card and sent it to her house. He doesn’t have anything to do with her other than that, and she is totally obsessed with him. Tell Kim, I’m sorry for what he’s done to her. I believe Kim. He is abusive. And his abuse is unlike any I’ve ever witnessed. He belittles you and makes you feel like you’re dumb and the worst person in the world.”
How awful…
At this time, Kroy hasn’t responded to Kim’s accusations.
