Actually there was no flash involved because she is just glowing!

Kim Zolciak has been staying lowish key during her pregnancy, which started out with a cigarette smoking scandal.

Well, as you can see from this pic that the Real Housewives star posted, she is looking fit as a fiddle and her bump is bulging at the usual rate.

Which means there’s a healthy baby growing in there!

She shared the pic saying:

And it looks like she’s in a gym which means that she’s keeping healthy.
