Almost two months after being sued by Majestic Mills for unpaid merchandise, Kitson is fighting back!
The popular Los Angeles boutique has filed a countersuit against the manufacturers of Nicole Richie‘s Winter Kate.
Kitson claims in their court documents that they lost over $500,000 in profits after Majestic Mills failed to schedule Nicole for an in store appearance.
Lets hope that verbal agreement they made holds up in court!
