Kourtney Kardashian‘s birthday celebrations continue!
As we’re sure you’re aware, the KUWTK star rung in her 37th birthday on Monday — and she’s certainly spent the last couple of weeks celebrating accordingly!
As a grand finale, Kourt and several friends — including sis Kim Kardashian West, Kanye West, Jonathan Cheban, and of course an entire camera crew — took to an Iceland getaway.
All of the festivities were documented on Snapchat (obviously), and we got to see the momma-of-three being presented her FIFTH birthday cake by none other than KKW herself. Wow!
