As though Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner‘s divorce isn’t hard enough, it is now being alleged that they are being audited by the IRS.
The former couple supposedly admitted to the audit for the tax year of 2011 in the divorce papers filed.
A source revealed:
“If the pending audit results in a balance due, [Bruce] shall pay half (50%) of any liability due thereon, inclusive of penalties and interest, up to a maximum contribution of $250,000. Filed joint federal and state income tax returns for the calendar years 1991 [the year they married], through and including 2013 [the year they separated, on June 1].[Kris and Bruce both] agree that they shall cooperate with each other with regard to any such audit or further assessment.”
AND THEN Kris will have to pay the rest! YIKES.
Good thang they have their millions. Let’s just hope this all gets sorted out!
We predict neither Kris nor Bruce would do very well in a slammer! HA!
