On Wednesday, the Frozen star slammed the gender wage gap in a hysterical parody video dubbed Pinksourcing. The satire took aim at how women in the workplace are routinely taken advantage of to keep men at the top of the proverbial ladder.

In the funny vid, the actress dons a pink accented tux while advocating for offices in America to outsource women instead of workers in “faraway countries”. The momma of two went on to argue how women are a “bargain” considering you only have to pay them “77 cents on the dollar”… a point which would be hilarious if it actually wasn’t true!
Let’s just say this video will have you laughing and feeling angry at the same time!
