Kristen Bell Suing Restaurant For Unpaid Profits!

Scorpions might have a brutal sting, but it’s nothing compared to the scorn of an unpaid mother-to-be!! LOLz!
By scorpion, we mean the restaurant/bar called L’Scorpion, and by “unpaid” mother-to-be we mean unpaid profits and that bombshell of an expectant mother, Kristen Bell!
She’s suing the joint because its owners failed to pay her and four other investors their portion of its profits!
They all invested $20,000 each in the bar in July 2005. In that deal, according to the docs, they were supposed to receive 5 percent of its profits in return. With the bar generating profits up to $30k per month since 2006, we’d understand if Kristin and her plaintiffs were pissed that they weren’t getting their fair share!
So they’re suing for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty, and other stuff.
Kristen must be suuuuper pissed if she’d doing all this while carrying a baby! Ha!
UPDATE: Contrary to what the papers may have you believe (and what we just told you), Kristen Bell is not suing the crap out of anyone!
Though the Forgetting Sarah Marshall actress is part of an investment group who just filed against Hollywood bar L’Scorpion for failing to spread around the wealth, she was “unaware” of the lawsuit’s existence until hearing about it on the news!!
The baby-filled beauty’s rep issued this statement:

“Years ago Kristen was part of a group that invested in L├óΓé¼ΓäóScorpion. She has not been involved with the affairs of the venture. She was unaware that the investor group had decided to file this lawsuit to recoup losses or that her name would be attached to the suit until reading press reports about it. Her attorneys are working with the investment group├óΓé¼Γäós attorneys to sort everything out.”

An unexpected courtroom drama is probably the last thing the House of Lies starlet and her soon-to-be baby daddy Dax Shepard need right now.
We hope this mess is sorted soon!
