Kylie Jenner has big dreams of becoming an actress — but not everyone in Hollywood thinks she’s got what it takes!
The model just made a cameo in Charli XCX‘s new mockumentary The Moment, and now she wants to take over the comedy scene! In a Vanity Fair interview this week, the 28-year-old said she’s interested in “comedy” and had already “gotten a few scripts.” Nothing has been the right fit so far, but she said she “100 percent want[s] to do more,” adding:
“I really like comedy. I think I’m good at it. Maybe next time I talk to you, I’ll be the lead of an action movie!”

It’s clearly a big passion. But it’s gonna take more than that to be successful! Sadly for her, a DailyMail.com source said on Thursday that Hollywood insiders are totally “laughing at her.” They added:
“Many are laughing at the Vanity Fair interview. … If she thinks she is going to be an actress, especially in comedy films, the joke is actually on her.”
Ouch!
She is a KarJenner after all, so they say it’s clear she “will get some stuff sent her way due to her connection to [Timothée] Chalamet, and whatever people like Ryan Murphy will throw at her.” Ryan’s been a frequent collaborator with Kim Kardashian — regardless of the success of their projects! So, obviously, Ky’s got the connections to make it La La Land!
But she better take a hard look at her actual goals because the source thinks it’s highly unlikely she will get “any meaty roles.” Instead, they think she will “fill a small part or guest star so some project gets the ‘Kardashian social media bump.'”
Referencing Kim’s 2008 flop of an acting debut, the source noted:
“Look, her sister Kim was in the comedy spoof Disaster Movie. If Kylie were to do something, it would be a real-life disaster movie.”
Damn!!!
That’s brutal. Doubling down on this hot take, the confidant said it is unlikely anyone will cast the beauty guru in “anything substantial,” noting:
“She has a very big hill to climb to prove she is worthy.”
It doesn’t help that right now, Timmy’s chances at an Oscar are slipping away after he dissed opera and ballet — and some in the industry don’t think his connection to her is helping! So, his influence can only go so far. She’s gonna have to start taking some acting classes and really get committed to this if she wants to prove her haters wrong!
