We can’t believe Kylie Jenner didn’t have her own personal umbrella valet to combat all the precipitation as she stepped out for dinner at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night!
What if her hair got frizzy?!

The youngest Jenner wasn’t much prepared for the rain at all, in fact, considering she wore a short red dress with just a windbreaker over it.
But, at the very least, we are pleased to see she wore socks and Timberland boots to keep her feet warm.
And if the rain reached monsoon levels, she could always have covered her head with her Givenchy satchel. LOLz!
