Jason and Kylie Kelce have one of the sturdiest relationships of any celeb couple we know. But they started out on the most inauspicious foundation: bad Tinder pickup lines!
Yes, we’ve long known the couple met by swiping on the (often short-term) dating site, but when you hear their first shots across the bow, you’ll be SHOCKED they ended up together!

Kylie told Alex Cooper on Tuesday night’s Call Her Daddy podcast that she was the one who reached out first. And she did it by writing:
“I said, ‘I need Life Alert. I’ve fallen, and I can’t get up.'”
What the eff? First off, what an outdated pop culture reference. Second, like she’s fallen for him? And she’s expressing it by comparing it to an elderly woman being injured? What the heck?
But believe it or not, it gets WORSE! See, that line “didn’t land very well” — shocker — so she tried again. This time sexier! But not, you know, better. Even Kylie admitted the next one was “so bad”:
“‘If I told you I worked for UPS, would you let me handle your package?’ and he said, ‘Yes.'”
Oh. Oh no. How did these two ever make it?? Well, she said that icky icebreaker gave way to “great banter” for a week or so before they finally met in person. THAT infamously didn’t go so well either, with Jason getting to the bar early and getting so nervous he got drunk before she showed up! But she gave him another chance just like he gave her. And the rest is history!
