Lady GaGa is taken once again!

Following the end of her late summer fling with audio engineer Dan Horton in October, we thought it may be a while before we hear rumors of a new man in her life, but we were wrong. Meet her new man!

The 33-year-old was spotted by DailyMail.com sporting a sheer white robe and apparently nothing else underneath as she lounged on a hotel balcony in Miami on Saturday morning cuddling up to a new man, who has now been identified by Us Weekly as San Francisco area CEO Michael Polansky.

The Bad Romance songstress was in town to perform a concert ahead of the Super Bowl, and the new guy was later seen watching the AT&T TV Super Saturday Night Show at the Meridian at Island Gardens from the VIP balcony with her mother, Cynthia Germanotta.

ET has additionally confirmed the pair were seen out together at the Hard Rock Stadium to watch the big game. Though few details are known as of yet regarding how the two met, we do have an idea of how long they have been together.

While ringing in the New Year in Las Vegas, GaGa was spotted kissing and holding hands with a mystery man, and at the time, it was reported by several outlets that some in the crowd were referring to the handsome Harvard University graduate as “Michael.”

Now E! News has confirmed that was the investor/entrepreneur. In fact, their source says it’s been going on “over a month”!

“They’ve been seeing other since before the holidays and she’s crazy about him.”

Sounds like this is a very real relationship she’s been keeping quiet!

While discussing her goals with YouTube beauty star NikkieTutorials in a December video on her channel, the A Star Is Born actress explained what’s to come in the new decade:

“More music, not retiring any time soon… all kinds of different music. I wanna do more movies, I wanna have babies and I want to continue to build the behemoth that is Haus Laboratories into the makeup company of my dreams.”

She added:

“I’m living my inspirations right now, in this moment. When I get inspired, I do things right away. There will be tons of crazy things that I do over the next decade. I just don’t know exactly what they are, which is why they’ll be extra crazy.”
