Lea Michele hit up TV Guide Magazine’s Hot List party in El Lay Monday night wearing a multi-colored Erdem dress and shoes that were way too big for her feet.

She’s also borderline committing a fashion faux pas by opting not to change outfits after filming the premiere of Conan O’Brien‘s late night show on TBS.
