Leah Remini continues to speak out against Scientology.

The actress covers LaPalme magazine’s Fall 2018 issue and readily answers some questions, bringing up Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes, and their odd reluctance to say anything bad about their ex-husband Tom Cruise‘s religion.
“I don’t consider myself a champion. The people who speak on the show are champions. But I keep wondering – why haven’t Katie Holmes or Nicole Kidman spoken out? I assume they were forced to sign prohibitive documents.”
That wouldn’t be at all surprising, considering how fiercely Scientology guards its secrets. Leah added:
“Trust me, Katie‘s not allowed to have a meal with me, and we used to be close friends. She could lose custody of Suri. It’s quite sick, really.”
Wow. If Katie really is facing such a dilemma, of course she would keep mum about Scientology. She also probably just doesn’t want to rock the boat at all. Since her divorce from Tom in 2012, Katie has kept a low profile, not even publicly acknowledging her longtime relationship with Jamie Foxx.
Seems like the actress is content with staying out of the spotlight as much as possible, and we can’t quite picture her coming out guns blazing against Scientology when it could upend her calm, organized life.
