Leah Remini‘s book Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology — which will put the religion on blast from the inside — is due out next week.
Ahead of the release though, Remini sat down for an interview with 20/20 where she criticized Tom Cruise and talked about breaking away from Scientology, as well as how the church views and affects children.

In a clip (below) that aired on Good Morning America Thursday morning, the actress revealed she finally left the group because:
“I decided I didn’t want to raise my daughter in the church because from what I’ve experienced and what I saw, the church becomes your everything.”
