LeAnn Rimes says she’s just broken hearted over the pain her affair with Eddie Cibrian caused Brandi Glanville.
Days after she called her husband’s ex-wife a publicity junkie that uses Le’s fame to get attention for herself and needs to learn to keep family dramaz private, Rhymes filmed an interview with Giuliana Rancic for E! Special: LeAnn Rimes (airing Sunday at 8 p.m.).
The attention-loathing, non-publicity-lover told Rancic:
“I wish I handled it [the affair] differently because I wish I could have been better for me, for Brandi, for Dean [Sheremet, her ex-husband], for Eddie, for everyone else.”
Yes. We can see how tearing apart someone’s heart and grinding it into the floor with the heel of your stiletto could weigh heavy on your conscious.
That must be why now — two years after breaking up two marriages — LeAnn is ready to admit she was wrong. Well… kinda.
She said:
“I know, in this situation, it’s going to take some time. All I wish is that everyone that was hurt, that we hurt, that I hurt, can be happy.My heart goes out to her every single time she’s getting bashed for something. It’s unfair for her and it’s unfair for us.”
So why is she going on the air to prove this point? Why not put her money where her Blue sining mouth is and keep this shiz outa the media??
We love everything LeAnn is saying, it’s just awfully odd timing.
We bet Brandi isn’t buying it either!
