Leann Rimes was spotted this week looking rather unkempt and upset outside of Hugo restaurant in LA, and girl was CRYING into the arms of a female friend!
Was poor, sweet Leann welling up cause RHOBH star Brandi Glanville told her to go f*ck herself on live TV?!
Not according to Leann!
The country singer took to Twitter (well TwitLonger) to clear up any confusion and posted:
“Boys and girls, I was not crying yesterday at lunch w/ @darrellbrown @EddieCibrian my BFF liz and my little dog toto. 🙂 we ate and hugged goodbye. I must have been so sad to see all of them go 3 blocks to the establishment where we were all ending up. #givemeabreakwiththebullshitmeadiaheadlinesandstories

Her husband’s former wife DID spew some rather hurtful words aimed at Leann during Monday’s post-RHOBH show, so we wouldn’t be surprised if Leann needed to shed a few tears!
But then again, Leann DID sleep with Brandi’s husband Eddie Cibrian while they were still married, resulting in the DESTRUCTION of Brandi’s marriage…
And karma is one tricky mistress!
