We always hear rumors that so-and-so is a diva or so-and-so is impossible to work with.
Well we guess the rumors about Led Zeppelin’s frontman Robert Plant might have a grain of truth to them!
The aging rock-god apparently tore up an $800 MILLION contract for a reunion tour!
Apparently, billionaire Richard Branson loves the band and did everything in his power to make a reunion tour happen.
That insane figure of $800,000,000 was supposed to get the band to play only 35 shows in London, Berlin and New Jersey, but it just wasn’t gonna happen.

Even though guitar-god Jimmy Page and fellow founding member John Paul Jones immediately signed on for the tour, it was the 66-year-old Plant who ripped a contract to shreds in front of concert promoters.
A source said:
“It was a no-brainer for them, but Robert asked for 48 hours to think about it. They have tried to talk him ’round, but there is no chance. His mind is made up and that’s that. There is no way they can go ahead without him.”
We’re sure tons of Zeppelin fans were super disappointed but we bet Branson was most upset.
He was ready to rename one of his jumbo jets “The Starship” to give to the band as their tour plane and even wanted to call the plane’s staircase the Stairway to Heaven, named for their most famous song.
We guess not even billionaires get everything they want.
Way to ruin everyone’s good time, Robert Plant! Just do it for the fans if not for the massive amount of money!!
