Lefty Comedian Finalist for Minnesota Senate

Saturday Night Live alum Al Franken won the Democratic nomination for a U.S. senatorial seat in Minnesota on Tuesday night.

He’ll be facing off against incumbent Norm Coleman, a Republican, this November.

It’s going to be a battle to the finish.

Both men have reportedly stockpiled ‘millions’ to spend on ads and stuff for the final leg of the campaign.
