Lena Dunham Says Goodbye To Her Beloved Yorkie Bowie In Heartfelt Instagram Post

Our hearts go out to Lena Dunham today.
The Girls creator shared the sad news with fans that her Yorkshire Terrier Bowie passed away.

In her Instagram post, she said the passing was “peaceful and patient and loving.”
She remembered her beloved Yorkie fondly, writing:

“Bowie left everyone who saw her, in the street or the airport or the Rite Aid, with a crazy smile. She kept me safe at night, even if it was just from the indistinct shadow of a tank top strewn over a lamp.”
