Lewis Hamilton is leaning into his romance with Kim Kardashian, but there are some things he won’t do — even for her!
The F1 star has started going more public with his new romance, but when it comes to fully stepping into her orbit, he wants nothing to do with reality TV cameras! The driver has insisted on not appearing in The Kardashians, but that doesn’t mean he won’t be mentioned at all!

A source for The US Sun revealed on Wednesday:
“Lewis prefers to keep their relationship low key — much like Kylie’s boyfriend Timothee Chalamet, who has no interest in having a starring role. Kim and Lewis dated for a couple of months before their relationship came to light and although they are being more public now, Lewis doesn’t want to become a breakout star of that show.”
Understandable! Especially if he’s having any doubts about the longevity of their relationship…
But, obviously, Kimmy Kakes is used to spilling the tea on her life, and so you can expect to hear her open up about the athlete:
“Naturally, Kim will have to allude to their relationship. But it’s wishful thinking if fans are hoping Kim and Lewis will film together.”
According to the outlet, Kim’s recent travels, including to the Japanese Grand Prix were filmed, just without the Brit involved. This will be the first time Kim’s major love interest isn’t on the show, too. So, that’s a big change!
They’ve only been public with their relationship for a few months, so it’s not shocking that Lewis wants some time before he heads on her family’s show! But maybe someday in the future he’ll change his mind? It’s not like cameras are new to him — he’s appeared on Netflix‘s Drive to Survive and has done plenty of media appearances throughout his career. But it is different when its about his love life and not his career…
