Multiple individuals have been charged in connection to Liam Payne’s death.
On Sunday, Argentinian news outlet Infobae reported that sources with direct knowledge confirmed FIVE people have officially been charged in connection to the late One Direction singer’s death. And topping the list are Roger Nores and Braian Nahuel Paiz.
As you may recall, Argentinian law enforcement officials have been investigating the individuals who were with Liam before his tragic death. Both of the names listed above have been heavily in the mix. Roger, a friend of Liam’s, was previously charged with abandoning the Strip That Down singer as he reportedly left him just one hour before his death. He’s been maintaining his innocence so far, but according to Infobae, he’s now officially been charged with negligent homicide.
Whoa…
He’s also been banned from leaving Argentina, but it’s not clear if he’s been taken into police custody, according to TMZ.

Up next is Braian, a waiter at the Casasur Palermo Hotel, who admitted to doing cocaine with Liam across the two nights prior to his death. He’s denied supplying the singer with drugs, but according to Infobae, has now been charged with supplying narcotics for payment.
Fellow Casasur Palermo employee Ezequiel Pereyra was also hit with the same charge as Braian.
Lastly, hotel managers Gilda Martín and Esteban Grassi have both been charged with manslaughter.
All five individuals are set to appear before a judge.
