We all know that Lindsay was in court for various reasons today, but what many might not know is that while she was in court she got totally served — served a lawsuit regarding the rehab attack. What!
Nothing like getting in all kinds of legal shenanigans in one sitting!
Here’s what happened:
Dawn Holland filed the lawsuit in July, claiming Lindsay grabbed her wrist and twisted it when she tried to give the actress a breathalyzer last December. Dawn claims Lindsay arrived back at the Betty Ford Center after sneaking off to go boozing — and when she tried to administer the breathalyzer, Lindsay grabbed her right wrist and began “twisting and pulling it for 8-10 seconds.”
Dawn wants at least a million dollars — claiming she suffered “great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering” from the alleged assault.
We can’t even imagine what it’s like to be there for something else and then have more shoveled on you like this. It’s mind-blowing!
Thought, we can’t say that she didn’t kinda maybe possibly bring this all on herself.
