Lily Collins is on fire right now!
First the Blind Side, then Abduction, then the upcoming Mirror Mirror Snow White movie, and now we’re hearing she’s going to be starring in The Evil Dead remake!
We LOVE The Evil Dead, and are skeptical about a remake (not too sure Diablo Cody should be writing it…), but we’re glad Lily has been cast — even if Abduction didn’t do so well (and Mirror Mirror looks rushed).
She’ll be playing a girl who goes to the cabin as a kind of detox after a recent drug overdose.
The thing that does ease our minds a bit is that Sam Raimi will be overlooking the project.
We’re just hoping for a Bruce Campbell cameo!
