Yep! One and the same, y’all! On Tuesday night, the 23-year-old adult film star took to her Instagram account with a truly jaw-dropping announcement: that she’s (allegedly) pregnant! And “Baby Phillips” is supposedly coming at some point later in 2025!!!

In a two-slide carousel on her IG page, Phillips used the first snap to show off a surprisingly large and far-along baby bump, while choosing to feature a pair of positive pregnancy tests in her second picture!

But, like, one more time, U guys… WHAT?!?!?!
First off, the I Slept With 100 Men In One Day alum looks to be SUPER far along in her (again, alleged) pregnancy based on that baby bump! That is NOT a first trimester bun, y’all! Just saying! And if we do the math on it, that would really be pushing the timeline back into some of her more recent OnlyFans work!
Now, we’re not saying it’s impossible that she’s pregnant. She certainly could be! But we’re already a little skeptical about her friend-turned-enemy Bonnie Blue very cryptically hinting at supposed pregnancy news this week. So, consider us equally skeptical that Phillips is allegedly pregnant, too! Just saying!
Also, like, let’s be real — Lily has been all over IG promoting her appearances on podcasts and other things, like this from this past weekend:
And there’s NO visible bump there! Even if something like that was filmed a few weeks ago (heck, even a couple MONTHS ago), she expects us to believe a baby bump blossomed that quickly?! Come on…
We’re not the only ones who are traveling down the road towards that line of thinking, either. As you can see (below), a lot of IG commenters were extremely skeptical about this supposed reveal:
