Lindsanity's Driver In Assault Investigation

On 12:30 am Sunday morning, Lindsay Lohan was sitting high as a kite pretty in the back her her BMW as her driver ran a muck.

The car hit a paparazzi in front of the Hotel Cafe in Hollywood and now her driver is a suspect in a criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation.

LOLhan’s assistant reported the incident which left the photog with an injured hand that was treated by EMTs. He was not taken to the hospital!

You know he’ll sue, and Lindsay can just throw it atop her mounting stack of lawsuits!
