Lindsay's Alleged Betty Ford Victim Upset Over LiLo Not Being Charged

If it’s true what happened, we would be too! But, as we reported earlier, no charges have been filed because of lack of evidence.

Now, the alleged victim is speaking up and saying that she’s “disappointed but not surprised” that nothing came of it, and that is wasn’t fair.

At first she didn’t want LiLo prosecuted, so she must’ve had a change of heart for some reason!

We might never know what really went down!
