Judge Elden Fox will issue an order this afternoon in Lindsay Lohan‘s case after her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley made a surprise appearance in court yesterday.
Sources say that Lindsay’s release is expected to be sometime this week if not today and her treatment will continue in outpatient care.
She really got off easy considering her original sentence — and we don’t think it’s gonna help her!
