It seems Linday Lohan isn’t the only one getting herself in trouble.
In spite of witness tampering allegations, Southern California law enforcement will be taking “no action” against LiLo’s New York-based attorney Mark Heller.
The allegations claimed that ├óΓé¼┼ôMark Heller asked Lohan├óΓé¼Γäós former assistant, Gavin Doyle, to change his testimony at her lying to cops trial,├óΓé¼┬¥ — testimony that would state Gavin as the cause of the car accident he and Lindsay were in last year. Uhh, a bit desperate illegal, Mark, no??
A source revealed:
“Nothing can be done right now, because, unfortunately, Gavin has been less than forthcoming with information. Unless something changes and Gavin decides to reveal more about the allegations, Mark is off the hook.”
Meanwhile, the troubled actress is set to serve 90 days in rehab after agreeing to a plea deal for the very accident surrounding the witness tampering claims. Mark has provided a list of potential rehab options for Lindsay, but the final decision will be made by Los Angeles City Attorney Terry White.
Lucky Mark! It looks like he won’t be serving time alongside his problematic client!
