Lindz has def had better days.
Earlier this morning, we learned that Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to appear in court today for a progress report hearing by Judge Stephanie Saunter, because the El Lay City Attorney wants to investigate LiLo’s drinking while under house arrest!
Aside from that, Lindsay is now ALSO being sued by Dawn Holland, the Betty Ford staffer who claimed she was attacked by Ms. Lohan last December.
Back in March, Holland was not happy when Lindsay wasn’t charged with anything due to lack of evidence, but now she’s ready to take on Lindz again, who says she’s not surprised at all and that she saw the lawsuit coming.
Lindsay believes that Dawn is just looking for $$$, and she does NOT intend to give her any!
Hopefully she’s able to work this one out quickly! Sounds like Lindz has got plenty of other issues to focus on at the moment.
