Remember that time Lindsay Lohan was sued by a nanny, whom she drove a Maserati into WHILE the woman was pushing a baby in a stroller?
Yeah! Apparently, Lindsay Lohan didn’t, either, as she never responded to the lawsuit as required!
And now, the hard-pAArtying starlet may be facing all sorts of fines!
The whole fiasco originally went down back in 2010, when Nubia Del Carmen Preza was almost taken out by LiLo after she ran a red light, barely missing the child in the stroller, in the process!
In the legal documents filed with the lawsuit, Preza’s lawyer demanded that Lohan answer specific questions regarding the situation, but of course, that never happened!
Therefore, a hearing has been set for May 8th, where a judge will decide if she should be fined for her failure to respond!
Of course, by that point, Lindsay SHOULD be locked away for her 90 days of rehab, location still to be determined, so perhaps we’ll be seeing the return of her lawyer, Mark Heller, to the courtroom, on her behalf!
Or she’ll just blow it all off again! Who knows?!
