On Wednesday, the actress’ attorney Shawn Holley attended court and notified the judge that prosecutor Terry White spoke with the Community Service Volunteers — the organization where the Mean Girls star performed her court-mandated duties — and allowed them to continue monitoring her tasks.
This time, however, the group will keep an EXTREMELY close eye on what LiLo considers “community service.”
Not only that, but White will limit her service to a maximum of four hours per session to mitigate potential fradulence.
As you may remember, the former child star tried to pass off a matinee and evening performance of David Mamet‘s Speed-The-Plow — in addition to a fan meet-and-greet — as part of her federal work.
Lohan tried to pull a fast one on the law, but she was no match for the gavel!
