We are VERY curious indeed…
DID Lindsay Lohan‘s lawyer Mark Heller try to get her ex-assistant Gavin Doyle to LIE under oath, thus committing the crime of tampering with a witness?!?!
Well, according to GAVIN HIMSELF, these rumors are complete BULL POOP!
Lilo’s former helper — who was allegedly FIRED in a very rude manner right after Lindsay’s high profile club “brawl” — recently stated:
“I had no idea where all that came from. That never happened. [Heller] never came to me. I never met Mark Heller until Monday in court.
I heard that [Lindsay’s father] Michael was saying we met in New York, and that all came out of the blue. He never spoke to me.”
Well, good to know!
And even though Gavin has yet to actually meet with the DA to answer questions regarding Lindsay’s lying-to-cops case, when he does, he apparantly maintains that he’s only going to tell the TRUTH and nothing but the truth.
Gavin expressed:
“There├óΓé¼Γäós nothing more to it than I├óΓé¼Γäóm just going to say no. I├óΓé¼Γäóm not going to lie. Lindsay and I have been through a lot. I know how this stuff goes.”
If you recall, Mr. Doyle was the one riding shotgun with Lindz the day she smashed into an 18-wheeler on the PCH, and it was HIM that Lindsay claimed was driving…
So he’s kinda the reason she’s had to deal with this lying-to-cops case in the first place!
Well, that and the fact that she LIED to cops LOLz!
