Well, in all honesty, who WOULDN’T be freaked out by the thought of having to go to jail?
It’s a legitimate fear for Lindsay Lohan though because she’s been telling close friends and family that she’s “fearful” that Judge Stephanie Sautner will send her back to jail.
As we all know by now, Lindsay is due back in court November 2 to determine whether or not she violated terms of her probation and has been ordered to do community service at the morgue.
A source says:
“Lindsay absolutely is freaked out that she is going back to jail. Her lawyer is telling her that Judge Sautner could sentence her to up to a year behind bars. Lindsay has previously done her jail sentence at home under house arrest. However, the Los Angales County Sheriff, Lee Baca, who overseas the overcrowded jails in Los Angeles told a local television in Los Angeles station that he would make sure if sentenced, Lindsay would serve the sentence behind bars. Lindsay is hysterical and beyond consoling right now.
[It] was absolutely brutal for Lindsay the last time. She will do anything to not return to jail. Lindsay was isolated, and only allowed out her cell twice a day. Lindsay knows she has got herself into this situation, and she is hoping Judge Sautner will show some mercy, and not send her back.”
Oh shiz! When the COUNTY SHERIFF has it out for you, you know things are bad. He will MAKE SURE she does her time!! Yeah, we’d be scared too, LiLo.
But seriously gurl, what else were you expecting?? You’ve had a million and one chances and now you want mercy again?
Maybe a long jail sentence will actually teach you something this time.
We’re not getting our hopes up though.
