Hell hath no fury like a Lohan scorned!
If you are unaware of Lindsay Lohan‘s latest legal dramz, then let us spoil your ignorant bliss…
Lilo was allegedly choked and scratched early Sunday morning at the Union Square W Hotel by 25 year-old congressional staffer Christian LaBella, after Linds supposedly attempted to delete footage of herself partying from the dude‘s cell phone.
LaBella was initially charged with 2 counts of misdemeanor assault, but the charges were swiftly dropped because Linds seemed physically unharmed AND she refused medical help.
Well, Lilo’s camp is NOT happy with the police’s decision to not legally apprehend Christian, who is currently claiming innocence, and obvi, Linds’ parents Michael Lohan and Dina Lohan had something to say about this whole, nasty mess.
Frosty haired Mamma Dina expressed:
“She’s very shaken up. Thank God he didn’t have a weapon.”
While Michael issued a far more aggressive response, stating:
“Wait ’til I get this guy.”
Oooo you best watch yourself, LaBella! We wouldn’t take a threat from Daddy Lohan too lightly!!
But of course, there is still a question as to whether LaBella really DID assault Linds, as it is a little strange that Lilo refused medical attention…
Perhaps out little party-popper WAS partying too hard and didn’t want medics, thus the Police, finding out?!
Hmmm we are VERY curious as to what really went down in that W hotel room!
