Lindsay Ready To Go To Trial, Claims Innocence

Lindsay Lohan will not go gentle into that good night.
Today, Judge Keith L. Schwartz will make a decision regarding Lindsay’s case, and sources say that Schwartz wants Lindz to do some jail time.
Prosecutor Danette Meyers will offer a plea bargain, but given the fact that jail time will be part of any deals, Lindsay is NOT interested and she’s prepared to go to trial to prove her innocence.
Given the fact that Lindsay was just offered her first movie role in quite some time, we can understand why she’d ESPECIALLY want to avoid jail time…or at least delay it until after she makes the movie.
