Poor, poor Shawn Holley! SHE WISHES SHE KNEW HOW TO QUIT YOU, LILO!
The way she’s handled Lindsay Lohan‘s excessive DRAMA over the years is impressive to say the least, and the lawyer has earned herself a relaxing, Lilo-free future…
But even though Shawn recently filed papers stating she QUITS as Lindz’ legal representation, it seems that the honorable Judge Stephanie Sautner — the same judge who is presiding over Lindsay’s current case(s) — COULD deny her plea, forcing Shawn to represent Lindsay during her hearing this Wednesday!
One legal insider shares:
“The paperwork has been submitted for Shawn to withdraw from representing Lindsay. However, it needs Judge Sautner├óΓé¼Γäós approval before it becomes official. If she has any concerns that Lohan is having trouble obtaining new counsel, Judge Sautner could order Shawn to remain on the case until that situation is remedied.”
And seeing as Lindsay’s replacement lawyer Mark Heller isn’t even LICENSED to practice law in California — and we don’t see Lilo snatching up new representation by the morning — Tomorrow’s hearing is going to be VERY interesting!
We feel for you Shawn, we really do!
And we’re SO intrigued as to WHO actually shows up Wednesday to defend Our Lady of Perpetual Chaos!
